A Snazzy Bit of Somethin'...

A mist,
Concealed within a wink.
For something so human
Yet blatantly metamorphosed -
The mirror revealed all
But the face of a stranger.
Reflection tells of
Outer nuances
In human nature.
Our eyes mirror our
Thoughts, otherwise.

A candescent thought
Concealed within a blink.
How compelling the revelation.
Revelation, as the psalms
Had it told, all but truth,

The horn of Gabriel,
Doomsday and the wars.
Betrayal, now forgotten as
Eve fed Adam the fruit
Plucked of forbidden tree.
The serpentine, leading to
Man's age-old folly of
Disobeying God.

The above, also written a long while ago is snazzier than the one I'd posted earlier.
Signing off now. Here's to a fabulous evening, hope you'll like it just as much as I would...

  1. i'm sorry, it might be hurting to many : god doesn't exist. In any religion there are certain rules which upon careful analysis you can conclude they are build to constrain us and to concentrate the power to somebody, as long as there is power, world couldn't be a better place. Spend sometime on with open mind.

Yet, your wording pattern and thoughts are really really awesome, superb. :)

  2. It doesn't hurt me to hear it.
I'd say that believing in God does give us a lot of peace and strength from within, especially in a person's time of need. :-P

  3. we might have not seen god... but there is an energy which does guide us, who we consider to be god... when we prey to god, its the energy that we focus on, which brings about results... thats what i believe in..

    1. In view of God's existence, most of us probably won't connect with him on a personal level. God doesn't speak to lesser beings now, does he?!
We soundly debate his hand in raising the world and bringing everything to full flower. But it would be stupid to assume that there is no higher power than nature itself. Some mysterious energy out there that has created order from chaos and filled in the details which are not only magnanimous but beautifully harmonic. Also being a believer in God, faith in Him gives us great personal strength when we need it the most and sets our affairs into perspective.
Quoting Einstein, "God does not play dice with the universe."
